83 Burton Road, Woodville, Burton on Trent
12th December, 1916
Dear Sir,
I enclose the address of my Son Arthur, & I thank the Directors for their kind intention of sending him a parcel which I know he will appreciate.
I take this opportunity to ask you if you think the Directors could claim Him for work at the mill.
He is in B2 catagory, & I have reason to think he will be removed shortly & be stationed with a labour Battalion & I know he would rather be at work at the mill, if it were possible for him to be claimed, & Also if the firm required men.
I Am Sir
Your's Faithfully
