Biography
George David Sellors was known by his middle name. He was born David Eaton at Cromford in 1875, the son of Hannah Eaton who married James Sellors in 1877; David then took the surname Sellors. After James Sellors’ death Hannah married John Harrison.
David Sellors worked as a quarryman and married Mary Alice M. Taylor in 1899. After the war the family lived at Ladygrove, Whatstandwell where he died in July 1934 aged fifty-nine.
