A handsome cross to the memory of those who fell in the war was erected on Friday on the right-hand side of the main entrance to the Crich Parish Church. The cross is worked in Hopton Stone, with the names of the fallen inscribed thereon. It is not only a fitting memorial but adds greatly to the beauty and dignity of the Church and its environs.
